How sign-in works
Everyone
Sign in at My Account with your email address (or username) and password. To protect your account and CE records, every account uses two-step sign-in: after your password, we email you a one-time link. Select Finish Signing In in that email and you are in. Your courses are under My Account › My Courses.
Organization-specific courses
If you are enrolled in an organization-specific course or program, sign in with your active organization email address. Organization-specific content is available only to members of that organization. Sign-in works the same way as every account: your password, then the one-time link we email you.
The three rules of the sign-in link
- Same device, same browser. Open the link where you typed your password.
- 15 minutes. The link expires 15 minutes after it is sent.
- Newest link, once. Each link works one time, and signing in again replaces the earlier link.
Tip: check Remember me when you sign in to stay signed in on that browser for up to 14 days.
The link was opened on a different device or browser than the one where you entered your password. This often happens when you sign in on a computer but open the email on your phone, or when Outlook, Teams or a mail app opens the link in its own built-in viewer.
- Copy the link from the email (the “Copy and paste link” at the bottom) and paste it into the address bar of the browser where you signed in, or
- Sign in again on the device you are holding. The new email will work there.
Sign in again for a new link and use the newest email within 15 minutes. Only the newest link works. If you are already signed in on another tab, just go to My Account.
- Wait 2 minutes, then check Spam, Junk, Quarantine and Other or Promotions. Search your inbox for “Dynamic Dental Sleep”.
- Organization email filters sometimes hold messages. Ask your IT team to allow email from dynamicdentalsleep.com.
- Sign in again for a fresh link. Only the newest one works.
- Check Remember me when you sign in. You will stay signed in on that browser for up to 14 days.
- Private or Incognito windows forget your sign-in when they close. Use a regular window.
- Clearing cookies or browsing data signs you out.
- Each device and browser signs in separately, so a new computer or browser asks for a new link.
Select Lost your password? on the My Account sign-in page. Use the reset link on any device, then sign in on the device where you will take your course.
Organization-specific courses open only for accounts that use your active organization email address. If you see a message on the Account details page, update your email there or send us a message below. If you have left the organization, let us know and we will move you to the matching Dynamic Dental Sleep course and keep your progress where possible.
- Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox on a computer or tablet.
- Refresh the page, or sign out and back in.
- Some office networks block video. Try another network (for example, your phone’s hotspot) or ask your IT team to allow vimeo.com and dynamicdentalsleep.com.
- Ad and content blockers can stop lessons from loading. Pause them for dynamicdentalsleep.com.
Team seats are managed by your practice dentist under My Account › My Team. If your seat was removed, your account stays open, and your CE certificates remain under My Account › CE Certificates. Ask your practice dentist to add you back, or enroll on your own.
