All on-demand courses provided by Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC are delivered online and designed for your convenience. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the current version of the course content. We continuously update our courses to reflect the most current and accurate information available. These updates will be applied automatically, and you will have access to the updated content at no additional cost.
Access Duration
- For non-subscription courses, access is granted forever (lifetime access), allowing you to revisit and review the material anytime.
- For subscription-based courses, access is provided for the duration of your subscription and requires timely renewal. Failure to renew will result in suspension of access until payment is made.
Non-Refundable Policy
All online, on-demand course purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure you have reviewed the course details and requirements before purchasing, as no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your access or course materials with others is prohibited and may lead to termination of your access without refund.
Intellectual Property
Course content, including videos, documents, and related materials, is the intellectual property of Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Technical Requirements
You need a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access the courses. Course performance cannot be guaranteed on all devices or browsers.

Subscription Plans
Subscription Eligibility
Ongoing Access subscription plans are available exclusively to dentists and teams who have completed the Dynamic Dental Sleep Mini-Residency or Team Training programs. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have met the applicable prerequisite training requirements.
Subscription Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed annually. Your subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary of your original purchase date unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate. Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC is not responsible for access interruptions resulting from failed payments due to outdated billing information.
Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time in My Account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in a subscription period. Access to subscription course content and resources will remain active through the end of the paid billing period and will be suspended upon expiration.
Find A Dentist Directory Listing
Eligibility for a Find A Dentist directory listing requires completion of the Mini-Residency program and the Case Completion milestone, in addition to maintaining an active subscription plan that includes directory access. Your directory listing will remain active and visible to patients as long as your subscription is current. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your directory listing will be deactivated. Reinstatement of your listing requires renewal of an eligible subscription plan. Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC reserves the right to remove or suspend any directory listing that does not meet eligibility requirements or that contains inaccurate information.
Subscription Plan Changes
You may upgrade or change your subscription plan at any time by contacting Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC. Plan changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise arranged. Downgrades that result in the removal of directory access will deactivate your Find A Dentist listing at the end of the current billing period.
Non-Refundable Policy
All subscription purchases are non-refundable. This includes annual subscription fees regardless of usage, cancellation timing within a billing period, or changes in practice circumstances. Please review the subscription plan details carefully before purchasing.
Subscription Content and Updates
Active subscribers will have access to updated course content, workflows, and implementation resources as they are made available. Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC reserves the right to modify, add, or remove subscription content at any time without notice. Subscription fees are not contingent on the addition of new courses, modules, or resources during any given subscription period. The value of a subscription includes access to existing content, ongoing updates when available, and continued eligibility for directory listing where applicable. The absence of new content additions during a subscription period does not constitute grounds for a refund, dispute, or cancellation outside of the terms stated herein. Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC makes no guarantee regarding the frequency, volume, or timing of new content releases.
In-Person Courses
In-Person Course Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC reserves the right to cancel a course and provide a full refund should conditions warrant. The refund will only include the cost of registration for the course.
To cancel a registration, written notification must be submitted to Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC. A $250 administrative fee will be withheld on cancellations postmarked on or prior to the cancellation deadline of 45 days prior to the course start date. No refunds or transfers will be available for cancellations within 30 days of the course start date. Refunds are not provided to those who do not complete each course within the designated window.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment source. (i.e. credit card)
In-Person Course Weather Cancellation Policy
In the event that a registrant is unable to attend a course due to severe weather forcing airline cancellations or airport closures, Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC. will apply 50 percent of the individual’s registration fees toward another Dental Sleep Medicine Mini-Residency course held within 12 months. Registrants will need to provide documentation from the airport or airline confirming the inability to travel due to severe weather within 30 days following the course.
Terms for Digital Products
All digital products purchased from Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC are non-refundable. These materials—including guides, templates, tools, and educational resources—are intended for informational and practice-support purposes only. Results from using these resources may vary depending on your individual circumstances, team, or practice, and Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC is not responsible for any specific outcomes, patient results, or business performance arising from their use. All materials are copyrighted by Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC and are for the purchaser’s personal or professional use only. No portion of these materials may be reproduced, redistributed, sold, or altered for any purpose without prior written consent from Dynamic Dental Sleep, LLC. Download links are valid for 7 days from the time of purchase and may be used up to 5 times per purchase; we recommend saving a local copy immediately. By accessing or using these materials, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any implementation, decisions, or actions taken within your professional or personal scope.
